Lead specialized clinical operations across the ICU and Stepdown units to ensure seamless workflows that prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence.
Direct holistic patient care journeys by overseeing assessments and care plans, ensuring every patient receives a high-quality, compassionate experience from admission to discharge.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience required.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
• 10 years of experience preferred.

• Critical care experience
