About The Position
Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Digestive Care team and make a difference for our patients and our community. This role will primarily work in Woodbury, but will be expected to also work at our St.Paul location as well. This role will be responsible to assess, plan, perform, document, and evaluate professional independent nursing practice at Regions Hospital. The Digestive Care RN will provide work direction and supervise the delegated nursing care provided within the unit; performing and documenting dependent functions such as carrying out the physician’s medical orders; assisting physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures; helping to provide a safe and therapeutic environment; coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient, his/her family, health professionals and important others and perform related duties as assigned.
