About The Position

Boulder Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse CVOR#for our Surgical Services Unit, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Within our care delivery system, the RN will apply nursing theories, procedures, and standards to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care. Requirements

Colorado RN license in good standing
BLS certification required within conditional period.
2 years of CVOR experience required

Member of professional organization and CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with collaboration as needed.
Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills.
Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes.
Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition.
Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care.
