Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients on an assigned unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage care of assigned patients and guide and direct the activities of ancillary staff.
- Function as charge nurse when required.
- Assist the physician on the nursing unit.
