About The Position

Lead clinical excellence by acting as the primary resource for nursing standards and evidence-based patient care. Create individualized care plans that provide a clear, actionable road-map for patient recovery and therapy. Oversee the delivery of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available for the patient. Support and mentor the nursing team through active supervision to foster a high-standard clinical environment. Ensure the integrity of patient care journeys by maintaining accurate documentation for safety and quality.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Internal Cardiac Device experience
  • 1 year Electro-physiology or Cardiology experience
