Pacific Endoscopy Center is looking for a Registered Nurse- Clinical Team Lead to join our amazing patient-focused team. Registered Nurse- Clinical Team Lead is entrusted with delivering high-quality patient care through a structured process that includes comprehensive assessment, meticulous planning, effective treatment, and thorough evaluation. This role involves not only providing professional nursing care but also ensuring that each patient’s needs are met in a manner that prioritizes safety, compassion, and individualized attention. You will be responsible for performing Staff RN duties while also taking on leadership responsibilities, including: Overseeing quality initiatives such as QAPI and Infection Control programs. Monitoring the Checklist for Environment and Safety. Serving as a trainer in ENVI ordering and providing backup for Material Management Inventory Batch approvals. Supporting HR (health documents) updates and acting as a backup for the Business Office Coordinator (BOC). This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. The starting rate for this role is between $40 to $50 an hour, depending on experience.
