Strategic Program Development: Architect and oversee specialized therapy programs and patient care plans, ensuring every initiative is evidence-based and effectively implemented. Resource Management & Advocacy: Empower your team by securing the necessary equipment, tools, and clinical resources required to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Operational Oversight: Lead and direct nursing staff while managing the critical documentation and program coordination that ensures departmental success and compliance.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
NRP instructor preferred
