About The Position
The nurse educator provides clinical education and expert clinical knowledge to support consistent, evidence-based, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate care for all patients, specifically the NICU/PEDS population, across all clinical areas at Mercy Medical Center. The nurse educator is a leader that role models clinical excellence as well as contributes to the professional development of staff.
