About The Position

Position Overview: The Clinic RN renders professional nursing care to patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. This position organizes and coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines. The Clinic RN reports to the Clinic Manager and interfaces with front office and back office staff to assure patient flow in the back office of the clinic. Temporary position eligible for benefits Eligible for conversion into a permanent position

Requirements

• Current CA Registered Nurse License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous medical office, urgent care or clinic experience
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, DNV, state funded programs, HMO and Medi-Cal
• 12 month of prior Nursing Procedure Skills experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
