About The Position

Overview At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Registered Nurses are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are currently hiring for a Part -Time (0.6 FTE) Registered Nurse with at the Children's Pulmonology Clinic located in Boise at The Children's Pavilion! What You Can Expect: Provide compassionate, family-centered care by rooming pediatric patients, obtaining vitals, and documenting clinical information. Perform and support spirometry (POCT) and other pulmonary testing as part of routine clinic visits. Manage the clinic inbasket, including patient messages, care coordination, and follow-up communication. Complete prior authorizations for pulmonary medications, respiratory equipment, and supplies. Participate in specialty clinics such as trach/vent and muscular dystrophy clinics, supporting patients with complex respiratory needs. Collaborate closely with pulmonology providers, respiratory therapy, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Schedule: 3, 8 hour variable shifts per week between Monday - Friday. No weekends / holidays! Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience: 1 years' experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • 1 years' experience
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
