Our St. Luke’s Cancer Institute (SLCI) clinics are dynamic, full-service outpatient hematology/oncology treatment centers offering chemo/bio/and radiation therapies. Patients and their families have trusted St. Luke’s Cancer Institute for more than 50 years for advanced, compassionate care for cancer blood disorders. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment close to home; patient-centered care and support; cutting-edge research; and community prevention, education, and early detection initiatives. St. Luke’s holds a Commission on Cancer (CoC) cancer program accreditation - this is a quality program of the American College of Surgeons which demonstrates a cancer program’s commitment to providing high-quality, multidisciplinary, patient-centered cancer care. The Cancer Institute Oncology RN role is a Float position, supporting Chemo Infusion Floats to St. Luke’s Cancer Institute Treasure Valley sites (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Fruitland) Chemo Infusion: provides hands on nursing care for the oncology population by administering high-risk medications such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy in the chemotherapy infusion center Infusions include chemotherapy/biotherapy, blood products, electrolytes, fluids, etc. Other tasks as assigned Part-time (0.8 FTE) | Schedule 4 x 8’s No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires! Requirements

Nursing Degree
One (1) + years’ RN experience
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross

OCN certification
