About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Services — a strategic, forward-thinking team player who can blend professional skills with purpose-driven passion. This role seeks an RN with demonstrated charge nurse experience to oversee shift operations, guide clinical priorities, and support the care team; employees receive an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked in the Charge Nurse capacity. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies using sound clinical judgment.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
