About The Position
Borrego Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse The RN in charge is responsible for the leadership, direction, and clinical supervision of the nursing and laboratory staff of the assigned clinics. Coordinates and facilitates health care services of the patient including the provision of direct patient care. The RN in charge is accountable for both the provision of nursing care and the coordination of care for the patient in collaboration with the health care team. The RN in charge carries primary responsibility for the daily operations of the nursing department, including personnel matters such as training, staffing, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations. He/she is responsible regulatory compliance related to clinical services. Provides clinical supervision of health education and specialty referral functions.
Requirements
- Five years experience in nursing management and program development
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
