The Cardiac Cath Lab at Holy Cross Hospital - West Valley is a patient-centered department focused on quality care and serving others. Our amazing team serves throughout the entire hospital and is motivated by patient experience, process improvement, and quality outcomes. We average 90 procedures per month including cardiac diagnostic, interventional procedures, interventional radiology procedures and nursing placed PICC lines. The team has specialized training in invasive monitoring, PICC line placement, cardiac atherectomy and debulking, and cardiac life-saving support with cardiac support devices and machines. We perform diagnostic procedures, restorative procedures, device implantation, and emergent procedures for STEMI. Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs
One year experience preferred
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities
