About The Position

Could you be our next Cath Lab Nurse at Riddle Hospital? As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Cath Lab, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Cath Lab patient population. Approximately 50% of the position will be scrubbing in the Cath Lab and the other 50% will be circulating in the Cath Lab, including Pre/Post/Procedure. This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status through our Tuition Reimbursement Program. You will also have opportunities to engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.

Requirements

• One year of recent Scrubbing & Cath Lab Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to Cath Lab patients.
• Scrub in the Cath Lab for procedures.
• Circulate in the Cath Lab, including Pre/Post/Procedure.

• Participate in evidence-based research projects.
• Precept new staff members.
