Requirements

• Active RN license (ADN or higher)
• Acute care background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Nice To Haves

• Workers’ Comp or case management experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee care for injured employees
• Review medical records and treatment plans
• Collaborate with providers, employers, and stakeholders
• Guide return-to-work strategies and recovery progress
• Travel within the Flagstaff and surrounding areas (residency in Flagstaff not required)
