Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys and leverage skills and technology to impact patient well-being directly.

Requirements

• An associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Five years of recent acute care hospital experience is required.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Case Management certification is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hospital case management experience is strongly preferred.
• Hospital discharge experience is strongly preferred.
