Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Computer literacy and strong documentation skills
• Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
• Current driver's license
• CPR/First Aid certified

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform skilled treatments, including medication fills
• Conduct assessments and provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient progress and report any status changes
