About The Position
The Registered Nurse Care Manager - Public Health role provides Public Health nursing care for the residents of assigned communities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Valid Driver's license required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Five years of clinical nursing experience with three years of recent experience in Public Health, Home Health, School Nursing or Care Management required.
