About The Position

The Registered Nurse functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of Marshfield Clinic Health System by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and self-development, and teamwork. S/he utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. This individual demonstrates excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and makes decisions consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act. May be eligible for a sign-on bonus

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse License awarded by the applicable state or Nurse Compact License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
Additional department-specific certifications, licenses, or memberships may be required (varies by department/location).
Affiliated staff privileges at associated hospital may be required (varies by department/location).
