About The Position

Provide specialized care for cardiac and vascular patients before, during, and after procedures.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition, implementing care plans as needed.
Assist physicians with procedures, including patient positioning, instrument handling, and hemostasis.
Coordinate care across disciplines and support patient discharge planning.
Join CVU at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, a Quaternary Care, Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma center with 17 procedural labs and 24/7 emergent care for STEMIs, strokes, and trauma.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
