Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage patient phone calls.
• Assist with medication-related inquiries and refill requests.
• Obtain and document comprehensive medical histories.
• Accurately record and document current vital signs during patient
• Serve as a support team member across various clinic functions and areas.
