Organization: Cath Holding Room Team 20 Job Summary: Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards. . Full-Time | Day & Mid Shift (3 shifts/week) We are actively hiring for multiple openings across day and mid shifts to support unit coverage. Current needs include: Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Mid Shifts: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM and 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Occasional Saturday rotation required Specific shift placement will be aligned based on unit needs and candidate preference when possible. Join a dynamic Cardiac Cath Holding Room team that plays a vital role in preparing and recovering patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other interventional cardiology procedures. Nurses in this area provide specialized care for patients before and after procedures, ensuring safe transitions, close monitoring, and patient education in a fast-paced procedural environment. Patient Population Includes Patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures Interventional cardiology procedures Pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery Patients requiring cardiac monitoring and post-sedation care Adults with a variety of cardiovascular conditions Why Join This Unit? Requirements

LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others
Relevant Work Experience
Experience Level: 1 year
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Nice To Haves

Inpatient cardiology, procedural, stepdown, or ICU experience
Experience with cardiac monitoring and post-procedural care preferred
Adult acute care nursing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities
