About The Position

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is now hiring Registered Nurses for our L&D Flex/Float Team! This is a PRN position requiring a commitment of 1 shift a week. Openings for nights (12 hr shifts). Self scheduling. L&D and LDRP experience only. Ability to be flexible and float between Downtown and one additional Baptist Campus. New pay rate As a Registered Nurse for Baptist Health you will: Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital Coordinate care provided by ancillary services Act as the patient advocate Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities Baptist Health, founded in 1955, is North Florida's most comprehensive health care system and the area's only non-profit, mission-driven, locally governed health care provider. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
  • 2+ years LDRP and L&D Experience Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required
  • Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Certified (AWHONN) Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
