About The Position
Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is now hiring Registered Nurses for our ICU/Infusion Therpay Flex/Float Team! This is a FT position requiring a commitment of 5 shifts a week. Openings for days (8 hr shifts). Self scheduling. ICU and Infusion Therapy experience required. Chemo Certified. May float to PCU as needed. Ability to be flexible and float between Downtown, South and one other campus. New pay rate As a Registered Nurse for Baptist Health you will: Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition Embrace and uphold the hospital mission statement Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital Coordinate care provided by ancillary services Act as the patient advocate Participate in staff meetings and other unit activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
- 2 years Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience Required
- 2+ years of Chemotherapy Infusion Therapy Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
Nice To Haves
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Preferred
- Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred
