About The Position

Bronson Rehabilitation Center At Noble Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team! Bronson Rehabilitation Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital is an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit providing 15 hours of therapy within a 7 day week. We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, 24 hour skilled nursing and social services under the direction of our Medical Director who is a Physiatrist specialized in Physical Rehabilitation Medicine.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification.
• Diploma in Nursing.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to implement rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation processes.
