About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in patient care under the guidance of the Team Leader and is accountable to the Director of Nursing. This position involves using clinical judgment to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes while preventing potential complications. The RN collaborates with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care and integrates policies and procedures into daily practice.

Requirements

• License to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
• Clinical judgment skills for diagnosing and treating patient responses.
• Ability to assess and monitor patient conditions effectively.
• Knowledge of medication administration and treatment protocols.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Leadership skills to guide and supervise CENAs.
