The Collections Registered Nurse position supports the Blood Center by collecting blood donations (blood and blood products) safely from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner. The anticipated salary range starts at $36.00-$43.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience. Requirements
- Current RN license for the State of New Jersey.
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory role is required.
- Trained in apheresis and/or dialysis.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Automated collections experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure collection events are in full compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure donors receive outstanding customer service.
- Supervise Collections staff and ensure efficiency of processes.
- Review QC, Incident Reports, 16-year-old consents, and ensure any other required paperwork is completed accurately.
