How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients in compliance with facility policies and professional standards of practice. Conduct initial and ongoing biopsychosocial assessments and develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing plans of care aligned with the master treatment plan. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to plan, implement, and adjust age-appropriate and problem-specific goals, interventions, and objectives. Implement nursing interventions, co-lead therapeutic group sessions, and evaluate patient responses to adjust care based on changes in patient status. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Requirements
