Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program or college
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of RN experience
Responsibilities
- Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately
- Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
- Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
- Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment
