About The Position

Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. This part-time position will require working night shifts, providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. This role is essential in maintaining patient safety and comfort while delivering compassionate care to those in critical condition.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in critical care nursing (CCRN)

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status
