Position Summary: The ATC / Research RN is responsible for coordinating advanced therapeutic treatments and clinical research activities within the Advanced Therapeutics Center (ATC). This role supports prostate and bladder cancer patients through navigation, infusion administration (investigational and select commercial therapies), regulatory compliance, and collaboration with providers and research staff.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; urology or outpatient specialty experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary nurse navigator for prostate and bladder cancer patients receiving advanced therapies.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, infusion schedules, side effects, and follow-up care.
  • Coordinate referrals, imaging, labs, and specialty services.
  • Provide ongoing symptom management support and triage.
  • Facilitate communication between patient, provider, pre-cert, research, and infusion staff.
  • Ensure continuity of care across ATC, Research, and IOD departments
