Requirements

• Graduate of a state board–approved nursing program
• Current Iowa RN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (hourly position)
• Strong attendance and reliability

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident needs with physicians and nursing leadership
• Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on care needs, transfers, and workload
• Support resident admissions and family involvement in care planning
• Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
• Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers
