About The Position
Maximus is seeking Field Registered Nurse Assessors to provide outstanding home assessment services to vulnerable populations in the Bronx, New York. The role involves conducting conflict-free assessments to determine eligibility for community-based long-term services under the New York Independent Assessor Program (NYIAP). The Field Nurse Assessor will assist the clinical leadership team with home assessments, utilizing the Community Health Assessment tool, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of New York's most vulnerable residents.
