About The Position

Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults in our community based program in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from Accredited School (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric specific nursing experience.
• Strong Documentation Skills
• Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
• Strong Verbal Communication Skills
• North Carolina Registered Nursing License

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a program based in Assertive Community Treatment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
• Providing physical and psychological assessments
• Engaging in medication management
• Offering education and resources
• Providing individual mental and physical health education
• Assisting with crisis intervention
