How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by adhering to high-standard clinical protocols that ensure patient safety and comfort. Coordinate a multidisciplinary care team to ensure every patient receives a seamless, holistic, and well-organized treatment experience. Monitor and communicate real-time shifts in patient conditions to the medical team, ensuring timely interventions and data-driven care adjustments. Assess and facilitate comprehensive discharge plans to empower patients and their families for a successful transition from hospital to home.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
