The Aesthetic RN is responsible for delivering aesthetic services, including injectable treatments, while ensuring exceptional client care. This role involves conducting patient consultations, collaborating with the team to create personalized treatment plans, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Strong client care and communication skills
• Valid RN license in the state of Missouri

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in aesthetics, a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting
• Experience with social media content creation

Responsibilities

• Administer fillers, neurotoxin injections, and other advanced cosmetic procedures and services with precision and care.
• Develop knowledge of facial anatomy and skincare.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with product sales, providing knowledgeable recommendations to patients.
• Collaborate with our marketing and social media team to create educational content for social media.
• Take inventory of supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest techniques and products.
• Seek opportunities to grow the practice and patient base.
• Coordinate processes and procedures for the team to create a seamless patient experience from consultation to follow-up.
• Work toward nurse injector certification.
