About The Position

You will be responsible for completing a focused functional health assessment, including physical, psychological, cultural, and social components, to diagnose patient problems, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Requirements

Graduate from a nursing program required
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided
To be eligible for the hiring and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred
Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred.
