The Registered Nurse assists the providers, works directly with the patient; handles triages; phone calls; administers medication; works with patients during nurse visits; collaborates and coordinates care with LPNs, MAs, and other ancillary staff. Performs administrative tasks and attends meetings in the absence of the Charge Nurse. Performs skilled nursing assessments. Visual acuity sufficient for frequent reading. Hearing acuity sufficient for holding conversation with or without audio devices.
