About The Position

Broughton Hospital is currently recruiting Registered Nurses for all shifts to work on various units throughout our facility. The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional nursing care to assigned individuals and professional nursing supervision to LPN's and unlicensed assistive personnel. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing actions and assures coordination of care to assigned caseload. The RN acts as team leader when assigned with responsibility for daily operational routines and provides clinical care and consultation as necessary or assigned, including but not limited to: medication/treatment administration, care planning/implementation, collaboration with multidisciplinary team of physicians and other professionals/support staff to ensure the provision of care.
