About The Position
Full Time night weekend Registered Nurse RN on Acute Care 3 at Lourdes Hospital. Earn a significant weekend shift differential for committing to working every weekend! Department Description: Acute Care 3 is a 31-bed acute care unit at Guthrie Lourdes. They see patients with respiratory illness, strokes, diabetes, wounds, and other acute care illnesses. Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
- Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
