Requirements

• Current Montana RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong IV skills, triage experience, wound care, and ability to assist with splinting and casting
• Comfort working across multiple care settings in a rural hospital

Nice To Haves

• TNCC, NRP, and PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive RN care to acute care, emergency, and swing bed patients
• Respond to a wide range of medical conditions including COPD, pneumonia, UTIs, weakness, and trauma cases
• Support pre- and post-operative care in coordination with surgical services (no OR responsibilities)
• Triage and manage emergency cases with the support of available medical providers
• Collaborate with an experienced team including CNAs, respiratory therapists, and hospitalists
