The Residential Nurse in the IDD Division is responsible for participating in the pre-admission evaluation study and plan, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of nursing care. This role involves coordinating nursing care activities with other professional disciplines, conducting in-service training, and ensuring compliance with medical recommendations. The nurse will also maintain consumer medical records, manage medication administration, and provide health education to clients and their families. The position requires availability for on-call duty and varied shifts as needed.
