Learn more about this system: IU Health Nursing: Patient Repositioner Technology We are a full-spectrum Acuity Adaptable unit, providing med/surg through ICU level care. This unit manages 30-beds while providing care for a variety of patient populations with a focus on Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Endocrinology, and Oncology. Our services align with our strategic mission to deliver comprehensive, high quality cardiac and cancer services to the South-Central Region. This unit features a strategic education plan to train the novice to expert Registered Nurse to accommodate this model of care. Shift: Various shift and statuses available!
Requirements
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
