About The Position
As a Registered Nurse 3 (Psychiatric Educator), you would plan, design, and develop orientation and training curriculum for nursing staff; provide on the job training, clinically supervise staff in the provision of nursing services, evaluate training needs and modify programs to ensure effective service delivery, collaborate with nursing management and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and revise policies and procedures and ensure staff competencies are current and in compliance with nursing standards.
