Neuro Tech Job Summary: Under direct or indirect supervision by physician will be performing the following procedures: EEG- Performs routine EEG procedures, NCS Performs routine Nerve Conductions, IONM-EEG-Performs routine Intra Operative EEG monitoring, cEEG- Performs routine ICU/cEEG and provides findings, results and descriptive analysis and EMG- Performs routine electromyography.

Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP), accredited Neurodiagnostic Program or have an Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • BCLS certification by the AHA required.
  • Well-developed computer skills.
  • High school graduate with 6 months of direct patient care experience or one year of post –secondary education or is enrolled in an Allied Health Neurodiagnostic Program.
  • Well-developed computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in patient care environment preferred.
  • Previous experience in patient care environment preferred.
  • BLS certification preferred.
