Now Hiring for our FT/PT 3-11p and PT 11-7a shifts RMA Registered Medication Aide role!!!! Looking for our next all-star RMA Registered Medication Aide with assisted living experience. Requirements

• Experience as a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or similar role in assisted living.
• Compassionate care approach to residents.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living.
• Manage medication for residents.
• Implement resident plans of care and document nursing services.
• Enable residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
• Enhance the lives of older adults with patience and a friendly smile.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
