About The Position

First Colonial Inn, a Kisco Senior Living community, is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. If you are passionate about senior care and have the required certifications, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Medication Aide Certification (required)
• CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Must be 21 years of age (or meet state requirements)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications accurately
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Track and reorder medications as needed
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies
• Support resident-centered wellness programs
