Requirements

• Associate's degree (Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
• Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
• American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
• Must be a graduate of an approved MLT program and be certified by ASCP or equivalent, or be registry eligible (Certification must be obtained within one year of hire)
• MLT Clinical Training
• Up to 1 year of clinical experience as required by the MLT program in a hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, organize, and handle the quantity of work efficiently

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures and quality assurance, including necessary documentation
