About The Position

Under clinical supervision, assists in the delivery of patient care and treatment according to policies and procedures and Logan Health MAU/UAP scope of practice. Provides administrative support and works collaboratively with Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, LPNs and other department staff to meet the physical, psychosocial, education and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Location: Logan Health Primary Care – 1287 Burns Way, Kalispell, MT Schedule: Full-Time 30 hours per week, 10 hour shifts At Logan Health Primary Care – Burns Way , we’re committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our community. We’re seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic, patient-focused team. Requirements

  • Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in Montana (or eligible upon hire).
  • Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits.
  • Obtain and record accurate vital signs, health histories, and medication information.
  • Assist providers with in-office procedures, immunizations, and lab testing.
  • Perform specimen collection, labeling, and documentation per protocol.
  • Support care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
  • Manage workload messages, medication refills, and provider communications.
  • Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies according to infection control and safety standards.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and communication.
